Dr Garima Banerjee

WOMEN’S HEALTH · FERTILITY · GYNAECOLOGY

Every woman has a different story.

Dr. Garima Banerjee brings more than 15 years of clinical experience to personalised homoeopathic care, with a particular focus on Women’s Health, Fertility and Gynaecology.

Her approach begins with a simple principle:

The diagnosis may be the same. The woman never is.

Rather than looking at a symptom, laboratory value or diagnosis in isolation, Dr. Garima takes time to understand the individual behind it — her medical and reproductive history, constitutional individuality, menstrual and hormonal patterns, nutrition, lifestyle, emotional wellbeing and long-term health goals.

Her work combines classical homoeopathic case-taking with a broader understanding of the factors that influence women’s health across different stages of life.

A PHYSICIAN’S JOURNEY SHAPED BY CLINICAL DEPTH

Dr. Garima Banerjee’s clinical journey has developed over more than fifteen years of patient care, formal medical education and continued professional learning.

She completed her Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) through Guru Ravidas Ayurved University, Punjab, following her medical education at Guru Nanak Dev Homoeopathic Medical college and hospital

Her pursuit of advanced homoeopathic education continued with postgraduate study through Hahnemann College of Homoeopathy, United Kingdom, where she completed her prescribed postgraduate course in Homoeopathy and was awarded PG Hom-London in 2018.

Her professional development subsequently became more focused on areas particularly relevant to women’s healthcare. In 2019, she completed dedicated certificate courses in Infertility and Gynaecology through Hahnemann College of Homoeopathy, United Kingdom.

Over the years, her clinical learning has extended beyond formal qualifications to include practical training, advanced homoeopathic study and continued engagement with clinical methodology.

For Dr. Garima, education is not separate from practice.

Learning is part of practice.

THE WOMAN BEHIND THE DIAGNOSIS

  • Women’s health is rarely contained within a single number.
  • A menstrual disturbance may exist alongside changes in sleep, weight, digestion, nutrition, stress or metabolic health.
  • A fertility concern may be connected to years of reproductive history rather than a single laboratory result.
  • A diagnosis of PCOS or a thyroid disorder may describe a clinical condition — but it does not describe the woman living with it.
  • This is why Dr. Garima’s consultations begin with the individual.
  • Depending on the clinical situation, the consultation may explore:
  • Menstrual and reproductive history
  • Fertility and conception history
  • Hormonal and metabolic context
  • Relevant medical investigations
  • Nutrition and lifestyle
  • Sleep and daily routines
  • Constitutional individuality
  • Emotional and personal context
  • Previous treatments and their responses
  • Long-term health and reproductive goals
  • The objective is not simply to attach another label to the problem.
  • It is to understand the person who has the problem.

WOMEN’S HEALTH

Because a number is information. It is not the whole patient.

Dr. Garima provides individualised homoeopathic care for women across different stages of life, with particular clinical focus on:

Menstrual Health- Irregular cycles, menstrual disturbances and associated symptoms.

PCOS/PCOD- Individualised assessment of the woman beyond the diagnostic label.

Thyroid-Related Concerns- Understanding thyroid-related symptoms and their wider clinical context.

Fertility & Reproductive Health- Individualised care for women seeking to understand and address factors relevant to conception.

Gynaecological Concerns- Personalised assessment and homoeopathic management where clinically appropriate.

Hormonal & Metabolic Health- Considering hormonal concerns alongside nutrition, lifestyle and broader metabolic context.

Women’s Wellbeing- A longer-term approach to health rather than focusing exclusively on an isolated symptom.

Where appropriate, relevant investigations and specialist evaluation remain an important part of responsible clinical care.

FERTILITY & NATURAL CONCEPTION

Fertility is a journey, not a single diagnosis.

Every fertility journey is different.

For some women, the concern may centre around menstrual irregularity or ovulation. For others, it may involve PCOS, thyroid-related issues, metabolic health, nutritional factors, reproductive history or age-related considerations.

Dr. Garima’s approach is therefore individualised rather than diagnosis-driven.

A fertility assessment may consider-

  • Menstrual history and cycle patterns
  • Ovulation and reproductive history
  • Ovarian reserve and relevant investigations
  • Thyroid and metabolic factors
  • Nutrition and lifestyle
  • Previous pregnancies or fertility treatments
  • Previous medical and homoeopathic treatment
  • The reproductive history of both partners
  • The couple’s individual goals and circumstances
  • The purpose is to understand the wider picture and develop an appropriately individualised care strategy.

Where investigations, gynaecological evaluation, fertility-specialist input or assisted reproductive care are clinically appropriate, these should form part of the patient’s overall healthcare journey.

No two fertility journeys are identical.

PCOS REBALANCE™️

Beyond the label of PCOS.

PCOS can present very differently from one woman to another.

Irregular cycles, acne, weight changes, insulin resistance, hormonal variations, fertility concerns and other symptoms may appear in different combinations and with different degrees of significance.

PCOS Rebalance™️ is built around understanding that individual clinical picture rather than treating the diagnostic label as the complete story.

The approach may include:-

01 — Clinical Assessment
Understanding history, symptoms and individual patterns.

02 — Relevant Investigations
Reviewing available investigations and identifying where further evaluation may be appropriate.

03 — Nutrition & Lifestyle
Considering the practical factors that influence metabolic and hormonal health.

04 — Individualised Homoeopathic Care
Developing care according to the individual clinical picture.

05 — Longitudinal Follow-Up
Reviewing changes over time and adapting the approach where required.

06 — Objective Tracking
Using appropriate clinical parameters and investigations to understand progress.

The label may be PCOS. The patient is always more than the label.

THYROID BALANCE™️

A thyroid value is only one part of the story.

Thyroid health is often discussed through laboratory numbers.

Those numbers are important.

But they are not the entirety of the clinical picture.

Dr. Garima’s approach considers the individual’s symptoms, history, investigations, lifestyle, nutrition and wider health context alongside appropriate medical evaluation.

Thyroid Balance™️ is designed around individualised, longitudinal care rather than focusing exclusively on a single laboratory value.

HER CLINICAL APPROACH

LISTEN → ASSESS → INDIVIDUALISE → FOLLOW → REFINE → SUSTAIN

LISTEN- Every consultation begins with the patient’s story.

ASSESS- The clinical history, symptoms, investigations and wider context are considered together.

INDIVIDUALISE- Care is developed around the individual rather than simply around a diagnostic label.

FOLLOW- Health changes over time. Follow-up allows the clinical picture to be observed rather than assumed.

REFINE- As the patient changes, the strategy may need to change as well.

SUSTAIN- The ultimate aim is not simply to address today’s complaint, but to support a more thoughtful and sustainable approach to health.

A COMMITMENT TO CONTINUOUS LEARNING

Medicine does not stand still. Neither should a physician.

Dr. Garima’s professional education reflects a continuing interest in developing her clinical understanding.

Her training has included-

Medical Foundation- BHMS(Guru Ravidas Ayurved University, Punjab)

Early Clinical Training- Practical & Clinical Training Program — The Other Song, International Academy of Advanced Homoeopathy

Advanced Homoeopathic Study- National Academy of Homoeopathy, India

Postgraduate Homoeopathic Education- PG Hom-London — Hahnemann College of Homoeopathy, United Kingdom

Focused Women’s Health Training- Certificate Courses in Infertility and Gynaecology — Hahnemann College of Homoeopathy, United Kingdom

This progression reflects a continuing movement from foundational medical education towards increasingly focused clinical work in women’s health.

15+ YEARS OF CLINICAL EXPERIENCE

  • Experience is not simply the number of years.
  • It is the number of patients seen.
  • The stories listened to.
  • The patterns observed.
  • The treatments reviewed.
  • The lessons carried forward.

More than fifteen years of clinical practice have given Dr. Garima the opportunity to work with women at different stages of life and with very different clinical circumstances.

That experience has shaped an approach that values time, individuality, continuity and careful observation.

DR. GARIMA BANERJEE AT THE PRACTICE

An independent physician. A distinct clinical focus.

Dr. Garima is an integral physician within the practice, with her own clinical experience and particular focus on Women’s Health, Fertility and Gynaecology.

Her work forms part of the broader philosophy of the practice while retaining a distinct clinical identity.

The practice brings together different areas of experience under one shared principle:

The person matters.

Where appropriate, physicians within the practice may contribute their respective areas of clinical experience while maintaining individual responsibility for the care they provide.

A TWO-GENERATION CLINICAL TRADITION

A practice can inherit more than a name.

The practice was founded by Dr. Omkar Nath Banerjee, whose more than four decades of clinical experience established its foundation.

Dr. Garima is part of the present clinical team alongside Dr. Deb Om Banerjee, carrying the practice into its next chapter.

Across generations, the language of medicine may evolve. Clinical knowledge continues to develop. Technology changes.

But one principle remains constant-

The patient comes before the label.

HER PHILOSOPHY

“Every woman has a different story.”

The same diagnosis can appear in different women.

The same laboratory value can have different meanings in different circumstances.

And the same treatment approach may not be appropriate for everyone.

For Dr. Garima, personalised care begins with listening carefully enough to understand those differences.

Because healthcare becomes more meaningful when the patient is seen not merely as a diagnosis, but as an individual with a history, a present reality and a future she wants to protect.

The diagnosis may be the same.
The woman never is.

CLINICAL AREAS OF FOCUS

A NOTE ON RESPONSIBLE CARE

Our programmes are designed around individual clinical assessment and ongoing care.

No treatment outcome is guaranteed. Individual responses vary.

Where conventional medical treatment, investigation, emergency care, specialist consultation or other forms of medical management are clinically indicated, these should not be delayed or discontinued without appropriate medical advice.

Our objective is to provide thoughtful, individualised care while keeping the patient’s wider healthcare needs at the centre.

YOUR HEALTH IS PERSONAL.

YOUR CARE SHOULD BE TOO.

A consultation should give you more than a prescription.

It should give you the opportunity to be heard, understood and assessed as an individual.

If you are seeking a more considered approach to your Women’s Health, Fertility or Gynaecological concerns, begin with your story.
